The Yoga You Need...

Hatha Flow au Clair de Bougie
A gentle but deep practice where postures are held with awareness and transitions are fluid. Each class is guided by a clear physical, emotional or seasonal intention and includes some breathing exercises and/or a short guided relaxation sequence. All sessions take place au clair de bougie - surrounded by the soothing, relaxing glow of candlelight that invites calm, warmth and introspection.
Hatha Yoga helps restore balance, reconnects you to your body and explores yoga beyond the physical.

Benefits: Increases mobility, stability and body awareness, nourishes the nervous system
Tempo: Slow to Moderate
Yin Yoga & SoundA meditative, introspective practice where we hold passive postures for several minutes to target fascia and joints. Each session is themed - around elements, emotions, or organs - and supported by Tibetan singing bowls.
We slow down completely to invite stillness in body and mind.
One word: Surrender
Benefits: Improves flexibility, joint health, calms the nervous system, supports emotional release
Tempo: Very slow and grounding

Hi beautiful soul ♡ I'm Barbara and I'm a yoga teacher with a passion for sharing the transformative power of yoga. I completed my 200-hour training with All Yoga in Bali, where I specialized in Ashtanga Vinyasa Yoga. Since then, I’ve expanded my expertise to include Hatha Yoga, Yin Yoga and Yoga Nidra, embracing their unique benefits. I continue to deepen my knowledge and explore new approaches through ongoing training, ensuring my practice stays dynamic, varied and inspired.My personnality and teaching style are blended and rooted in authenticity and simplicity.
I invite everyone to arrive exactly as they are and to embrace the version of themselves that shows up that day. Yoga teaches us discipline, yet not through rigid rules of the outside world. It offers challenge without force, acceptance over performance, surrender over control. My only intention is to guide you safely in and out of class. And since I am far from perfect myself, you are always welcome to come just as you are ⏾
