Ashtanga-Inspired Flow – A Strong, Grounding Practice
Rooted in the tradition of the Primary Series of Ashtanga Yoga, this class offers a modified and accessible version of this powerful sequence. We follow a set series of postures - 36 essential yoga poses - introduced progressively and safely, making the practice open to all levels.
Each class begins with six Sun Salutations as a warm-up, followed by standing, seated and closing postures.
In classical Ashtanga, repeating the same sequence allows the body and mind to find rhythm, depth and inner focus. My version respects the structure and sacredness of this lineage, while softening its more rigid or "yang" aspects. I offer variations and mindful guidance to meet each student where they are - making it more fluid, intuitive and compassionate for all bodies and abilities.

Hatha Flow is a gentle yet deep practice where postures are held with awareness and transitions are conscious and fluid. Each class is guided by a clear intention or theme - whether physical, emotional, or seasonal - and includes a short breathwork (pranayama) sequence.
This is the perfect practice to restore balance, reconnect with your body and explore yoga beyond the purely physical.

🌊 Tempo: Moderate, flowing but not rushedYin Yoga & Sound – Surrender and Stillness
Yin yoga invites deep release by holding passive postures for several minutes, targeting the fascia, joints and connective tissues. Each session is themed - for example around the elements, emotions or organs - and is supported by the healing vibrations of Tibetan singing bowls.
This is a meditative, introspective practice where we slow down completely and invite stillness into the body and mind.

Yoga Nidra, also called "yogic sleep," is a powerful guided meditation practiced lying down. It's a journey through deep layers of consciousness, designed to promote profound relaxation, stress release and self-inquiry.
These sessions will guide you gently into a dream-like state of rest while staying awake and aware.

My name is Barbara and I am a certified yoga teacher with a passion for sharing the transformative power of yoga. I completed my 200-hour training with All Yoga in Bali, where I specialized in Ashtanga Vinyasa Yoga. Since then, I’ve expanded my expertise to include Hatha Yoga, Yin Yoga and Yoga Nidra, embracing their unique benefits.
