The Yoga You Need...

Ashtanga-Inspired Flow
Rooted in the Primary Series of Ashtanga Yoga, this class offers a simplified, accessible version of the traditional sequence. We move through 36 essential poses, introduced progressively, with variations to support all levels.
Each class begins with six Sun Salutations, then flows into standing, seated and closing postures.
This practice respects the structure and rhythm of classical Ashtanga while softening its rigid aspects, making it more fluid, intuitive and compassionate.
One word: Discipline
Benefits: Builds strength, flexibility, focus, and inner discipline
Tempo: Dynamic yet grounded, with a steady rhythm
Hatha Flow
A gentle but deep practice where postures are held with awareness and transitions are fluid. Each class is guided by a clear physical, emotional, or seasonal intention and includes a short pranayama sequence.
Hatha Yoga helps restore balance, reconnects you to your body, and explores yoga beyond the physical.
One word: Harmony
Benefits: Increases mobility, stability, and body awareness; nourishes the nervous system
Tempo: Moderate, flowing but unrushed
Yin Yoga & Sound
A meditative, introspective practice where we hold passive postures for several minutes to target fascia and joints. Each session is themed—around elements, emotions, or organs—and supported by Tibetan singing bowls.
We slow down completely to invite stillness in body and mind.
One word: Surrender
Benefits: Improves joint health, calms the nervous system, supports emotional release
Tempo: Very slow and grounding

Yoga Nidra is a guided meditation practiced lying down, guiding you through deep layers of consciousness. It promotes profound rest, stress relief, and self-inquiry while remaining awake.

Hi beautiful soul ! My name is Barbara and I am a yoga teacher with a passion for sharing the transformative power of yoga. I completed my 200-hour training with All Yoga in Bali, where I specialized in Ashtanga Vinyasa Yoga. Since then, I’ve expanded my expertise to include Hatha Yoga, Yin Yoga and Yoga Nidra, embracing their unique benefits. I continue to deepen my knowledge and explore new approaches through ongoing training, ensuring my practice stays dynamic, varied and inspired.
